I've found a couple of cool videos showing the behavior and AI of some of the original Half-Life monsters. It's really interesting to see that the developers put so much effort into small things like that. Some things you'll never notice when playing the game. I'm definitely going to put the AI to good use when making a map for Half-Life.
This first video shows the behavior of roaches in the game. It shows you how they seek out food, flee from monsters and react to light.
